Terms for using Kuv Music

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Kuv Music, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Kuv Music is

Kuv Music is an AI music-creation product focused on turning humming, tapping, and lightweight remix controls into multi-style beat drafts and shareable audio results. Current product surfaces may include recording, beat generation, result playback, remixing, exporting, account access, and subscription checkout.

The service is still evolving. We may add, remove, pause, or revise features, styles, usage limits, export rules, subscription rules, or generation behavior at any time.

3. Eligibility and intended audience

Kuv Music is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Accounts and account security

Some Kuv Music features may be available before registration, while others such as saving, remixing, exporting, or paid upgrades may require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the security of your credentials and sessions.

You must not impersonate another person, share accounts in abusive ways, or attempt to access accounts, sessions, or subscription benefits that do not belong to you.

5. Your inputs, outputs, and responsibilities

You are responsible for the material you submit, record, type, or otherwise use with Kuv Music, including humming, tapping, usernames, text prompts, exported media, and any content you choose to share externally.

• You must have the rights and permissions needed for the material you use with the service.
• You must not use Kuv Music to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.
• You remain responsible for how you publish, license, or commercialize anything you export or share.

To operate the service, you grant Kuv Music a limited, non-exclusive license to process your submitted inputs and generated results as necessary to provide recording, generation, export, storage, moderation, debugging, billing, and support functions.

6. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Kuv Music may offer free and paid access tiers. Generation limits, export quality, watermark rules, commercial permissions, and remix or style access may vary by plan, usage state, experiment, or feature rollout.

Paid checkout and subscription management are currently handled through the payment provider selected at checkout, including Creem hosted checkout, PayPal subscriptions, or Dodo Payments hosted checkout. By starting a paid checkout, you agree to the pricing, billing cadence, renewal behavior, and checkout terms shown at the time of purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the current plan details before subscribing.

Unless the checkout page states otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual cadence until you cancel. The service may show current subscription state inside your account settings, and if self-service cancellation is available for your subscription, you can schedule cancellation there so renewal stops at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, or where a specific offer states otherwise, fees are non-refundable once charged. If you believe a payment was made in error, or you need billing support, contact support@kuvmusic.com with your account email and checkout details so we can review the request.

Final taxes, fees, or currency handling shown by the checkout provider at the time of purchase are part of the purchase terms for that transaction.

7. Acceptable use

• Use Kuv Music only in lawful ways.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, probe, or degrade the service.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that creates abuse, load, or security risk.
• Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, paywalls, or anti-bot protections such as Turnstile.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, billing state, or generation history.

8. AI-generated and automated outputs

Kuv Music may rely on automated or AI-assisted systems for beat generation, remix behavior, export formatting, ranking, billing eligibility, moderation, or other product operations. Outputs may be imperfect, repetitive, unavailable, unsuitable for your intended use, or unexpectedly different from your input intent.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing, downloading, or using them in public, commercial, or client-facing settings.

9. Intellectual property and service materials

The Kuv Music brand, website design, interface elements, copy, graphics, code, and service materials are owned by Kuv Music or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or with prior written permission, you may not reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, publicly redistribute, or build derivative commercial services from Kuv Music itself.

10. Third-party services

Kuv Music may use third-party services to operate features such as anti-abuse verification, cloud storage, authentication email delivery, subscription billing, AI processing, and infrastructure operations. Your use of embedded or connected services may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy practices.

For example, account signup currently uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and paid checkout routes currently rely on the selected billing provider for hosted billing and subscription processing.

11. Availability and interruptions

Kuv Music is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect musical quality, permanent storage, successful sharing, uninterrupted billing integrations, or that any feature will remain live in its current form.

We may suspend or terminate access if needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, provider issues, or product changes.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuv Music disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, use, revenue, content, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of Kuv Music after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
