Account and login help

If you cannot sign in, reset your password first. If the issue continues, contact support and include the email address used for the account.

Billing and subscription help

For charges, renewals, cancellation, or refund review, check your account and pricing pages first, then send the billing details from your receipt if you still need help.

Generation and export help

If a beat does not generate, play correctly, or export as expected, include the page you were using, what you clicked, and what happened instead.

Before you contact support

  • Check whether the issue is on Account, Pricing, Create, Explore, or Result.
  • Note the account email, billing date, and any payment-provider checkout or subscription identifier when the issue is payment-related.
  • Describe the exact action that failed, such as sign in, start checkout, generate, share, or download.

For billing cases, include your account email, charge date, and the payment-provider receipt details so the request can be reviewed faster.
